Custom Twemoji API

Saw an emoji mashup from @EmojiMashupBot that I had to have
Asked the creator there was a way to export it besides downloading from Twitter; the answer was no
I looked at existing emoji builders and saw most of them didn't offer too much customization and all of them were web interfaces
Designed I knew enough about SVGs and APIs to make my own

P.S. Twemojis are the best emojis and I'm not even that into Twitter
